Why Eike?

We are not only about selling bikes, but about creating a culture and a movement that unites everyone with the same passion for eco - living and the love of bikes.

How many different models you have?

We have 2 different bike models at the moment, the Cruiser and the Trooper.

What’s the difference between the bikes?

Trooper has a longer seat than the Cruiser, which you can use to have an additional 1 or even 2 pillion riders with you.

Do you have any other colors other than Black?

We intend to offer some cool fun colors in the near future, in the meantime, we offer the coolest of colors… Black!

Do you ship overseas?

Depends where, as there are many rules depending on country.

How about warranty?

• 5 year frame warranty (broken due to accident or modification, it can’t be honored)

• 1 year motor dynamo warranty (submerged in water or damaged by accident, it can’t be honored)

• 6 months battery warranty (battery exposed to water or short circuit due to charger system error, it can’t be honored)

• Charger and controller warranty 3 months (if exposed to water, it can’t be honored)

What’s the longest range?

90km would be the longest distance. We have an upgrade that allows you to carry 2 battery packs for longer distances.

Do you do custom bikes?

Yes, we will be offering that service to allow you to pimp your ride to make you look like a rockstar!
